So, everything we do at CNH Industrial is about reaching new heights as one team, always delivering for the good of our customers.Job PurposeDesign, develop, and evaluate a product, assembly, system, or process from concept through production stage, and make modifications as needed.to coordinate assigned team to meet project deadlines assignedto meet Design Release within project timing deadlinesto design and reach committed targets in terms of cost, time and qualityto support Chief Engineer during all project steps and guarantee information availability as per GPD Milestonesto support other company Departments (Validation Department, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing,etc) for what concerns components definition / modifications / problem solvingto manage modification during machine life to assure product quality in line with company targetKey ResponsibilitiesLead engineering execution for assigned product programs from development through validation.Drive technical decisions, issue resolution,



and product maturity with a high degree of autonomy.Own quality, reliability, and associated project budgets.Lead root cause investigations and implementation of effective corrective actions.Support sourcing, DFMEA, validation, and industrialization activities.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.Support Manufacturing to solve assembly problems.Interface with all involved actors to define projects contents and speed up constraints resolution.Experience RequiredBachelors' degree in engineering or technical field.Preferred QualificationsProblem solving attitudeRobust technical experienceKnowledge of excavator and its main componentsKnowledge of hydraulic circuitsDesire to lead projects and peopleCAD user: Pro EngineerFluent English language spoken and writtenPay TransparencyThe annual salary for this role is EUR €30,750.00 - €47,750.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.).For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location.
