We are looking for an experienced Compensation, Benefits & People Cost Expert to define, manage and continuously improve our Compensation & Benefits strategy, policies and processes, ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, legal compliance and alignment with the Company's business strategy and Carlsberg Group guidelines.
What you will do
In this role, you will help shape and manage our reward approach while supporting People Cost planning and analytics, working closely with P&C;, Finance/Controlling and business leaders.
You will mainly focus on:
supporting the definition and implementation of fair, competitive and sustainable Compensation & Benefits policies and processes, in line with business needs and Carlsberg Group guidelines;
coordinating key reward processes such as salary review, bonus and incentive schemes, benefits management, job evaluation and market benchmarking;
managing People Cost planning, forecasting and reporting, including HC/FTE, salaries, incentives, benefits and employee-related costs;
analysing people, market and cost data to provide clear insights, scenarios and recommendations that support business and people decisions;
ensuring accurate data, reporting and process execution in cooperation with Payroll/Admin,
Finance/Controlling and relevant Group stakeholders;
contributing to the continuous improvement of reward, benefits and workforce analytics processes, with a focus on transparency, efficiency and employee experience.
What we are looking for
We would like to meet someone with:
solid experience in Compensation & Benefits, reward processes and People Cost planning, preferably in a structured or international environment;
strong analytical skills and confidence in working with numbers, data, budgets, forecasts and reporting tools;
good understanding of compensation policies, benefits, premio and incentive schemes, salary review and job evaluation processes;
advanced Excel skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn complex information into clear insights and recommendations;
accuracy, reliability, confidentiality and attention to detail, together with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities;
strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics in a simple and business-oriented way;
fluency in English.
The following will be considered a plus:
previous experience with Mercer/Hay job evaluation methodology, salary surveys and market benchmarking;
knowledge of Zucchetti or other payroll systems;
experience in designing or improving bonus, incentive, benefits or workforce analytics processes.
