/ppThe Consultant will support the design, realisation and operation of a new test-facility aiming at assessing and certifying the interoperability of Optical Communication Terminal Payloads.
/ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /pulliDesign and validate High-Speed Modems and DSP blocks ( 100 Gb/s) /liliConduct test-campaigns following relevant standards /liliActive participation in international standardisation committees /li /ulpstrongQualifications and Experience /strong /pulliStrong passion for the development of new technologies /liliDegree in Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Science /liliTypically 10+ years' experience /liliKnowledge of High-Speed Serial-Transceiver Designs in FPGA /liliCoding and data handling experience /lili"Problem Solving" attitude, autonomy and "pro-activity" /liliTeam leadership /liliWillingness to learn new tools and methodologies /li /ulpstrongLocation /strong /ppThis is a contract position based in Livorno, Italy.
