As a Human Performance Data Specialist at Technogym, you translate performance data into actionable training innovations and personalized programs. You will build predictive models, apply advanced statistics and machine learning, and translate findings for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You’ll collaborate with engineering, marketing and commercial teams to embed analytics into product development, supporting evidence-based decision making. - Analyze complex performance and training datasets to extract actionable insights
- Develop predictive models and algorithms to optimize training protocols and assessment methods
- Translate research findings into practical, innovative methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into product development
- Prepare and present results to both technical and non-technical audiences




- Contribute to data-driven decision making and documentation of methodologies
- Master’s degree and/or Ph.D. in Exercise Science, Biomedical Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related disciplines
- Proficiency in Python, R, or MATLAB
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology and training principles
- Experience with large datasets and predictive modeling using advanced statistics and ML
- Excellent English xysqume communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities
- Ability to translate complex data insights for diverse audiences
- Experience with scientific paper writing and reviewing is a plus
- Experience with Gas Exchange Analyzers, EMG and Motion Capture devices is a plus
