In this role, you drive contract and claim management for complex projects in a global mobility company. You collaborate with project teams to implement risk mitigation strategies, manage variations and extensions, and maintain robust contract files. You will guide commercial processes, ensure timely notices, and support decision-making with contractual analysis. You work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to protect company interests and enable project success on international programs.
Responsabilità
- Develop and implement the Contract/Claim Management Strategy Plan
- Lead Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) creation and maintenance
- Monitor contract obligations and project schedules to meet milestones
- Issue contractual notices to customers/partners in a timely manner
- Establish and enforce project-specific commercial procedures (correspondences, notices, insurance, changes)
- Manage and track claims, counterclaims, variations,
and extensions of time
- Provide commercial advice and risk assessment on project issues
- Train stakeholders (PMs, finance, engineering, sourcing) in contract/claims management
- Collaborate with Project Directors, Managers, Controllers, Sourcing Contract Managers and Planning Managers to mitigate risks and leverage claims opportunities
- Provide clear contractual/commercial analysis on request and ensure robust file documentation
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor Degree
- Fluent English xysqume
- Minimum 10 years of contract management experience
- Ability to travel up to 20%–30% of the time
- Experience with contract management processes and claim handling
- Knowledge of CCIM or equivalent contract governance frameworks (preferred)
