Knowledgeof main international discipline standards, codes and regulations.Experience in pipelines pre-commissioning and hydrotestingincluding but not limited to flooding, cleaning, gauging,hydrotests, dewatering, drying and preservation. Knowledge invarious pipelines inspection and leak detection technologies.Experience in material procurement and fabrication related topre-commissioning. Familiar with main equipment andinstrumentations utilized for pre-commissioning. Ability to preparekey deliverables and perform market evaluation. Ability to carryout pre-commissioning site operations in accordance with projectrequirements.
