Position Overview
As part of the Ariston Brand & Communication team, you will provide operational and administrative support across key brand and communication activities. The role will contribute to the day-to-day effectiveness of the department, supporting the Brand Management & Communication teams with the annual content plan, product launches, and the development and implementation of the new brand narrative, with a particular focus on the Ariston brand.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the team’s administrative activities, including POs, documentation, and internal processes.
- Support the Brand Product Specialists in day-to-day operational activities and in the development of product launch packages for the markets.
- Support the preparation of Content Plan Packages, contributing to the organization and delivery of the required content and materials.
- Support brand management activities for Other Ariston Brands, including simplified product launches, guidelines, and related documentation.
- Support the Communication Brand Manager in the development and implementation of the new brand narrative, with a particular focus on the Ariston brand.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple activities and priorities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
