The role manages the test lab, creates test setups, and coordinates a team to build and run tests, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronic engineering with 1–2 years of experience, strong English communication, and willingness to travel up to 10%.
The position is based at our Castel Guelfo (BO) facility in Italy.
