Senior PSYOP professional shaping influence operations to support strategic objectives. You will integrate PSYOP with cross-domain effects, coordinate with interagency and partners, and brief senior leaders to secure guidance. and assessment Assist assessment by defining influence indicators and informing plan refinement Advise leaders on PSYOP risks, opportunities, and effects to ensure cultural/legal soundness Conduct executive briefings to GO/FO/SES for approval of concepts, plans, operations, or policies Leverage doctrinal PSYOP expertise to achieve target objectives in complex environments Must be a graduate of the US Army Psychological Operations Qualification Course 10 years' experience in planning, coordinating, synchronizing, and/or executing PSYOP 7 years' experience in military planning processes (JPP, military decision-making, joint targeting, or campaign planning) Active TS clearance and SCI eligible Bachelor in a relevant field as listed Experience briefing PSYOP concepts to executive/senior-level decision makers Proficiency in standard military software applications and communication systems strong communication and briefing abilities ability to work with diverse, multi-national teams cultural awareness and legal/compliance sensitivity PSYOP planning and execution audience analysis and behavioral science information operations planning (OIE) Psychological Operations Planner, Senior milano, lombardia, it
