With global operations and 24/7 service, we manage flights across more than 80 countries, delivering tailored and high-level solutions.The RoleWe are looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Milan office.This role is highly sales-oriented. We are specifically looking for someone who is confident speaking with clients, able to build trust quickly, and motivated to convert leads into business.Candidates with sales experience are highly valued.Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound leads and client requests- Qualify clients and understand travel needs- Support brokers in building offers and closing deals- Follow up actively to increase conversion rates- Maintain CRM (Salesforce)
