Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Commercial Real Estate Manager to work on a Full-time basis. The role involves overseeing client portfolios to identify and secure new leasing opportunities. Responsibilities include client engagement and executing real estate strategies for commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow client portfolios by identifying and securing new leasing opportunities.
• Develop and execute real estate strategies tailored to client needs and market conditions.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align real estate solutions with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends and provide data-driven insights to optimize portfolio performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing or property management.
• Proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities in real estate.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience developing and executing real estate strategies for commercial properties.
• Proficiency in market analysis and data-driven decision-making.
