This role focuses on inspecting, testing, and evaluating products or raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining compliance with company and regulatory requirements while gaining valuable hands?on experience in a dynamic environment.Chemical and physical analyses of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished productsMicrobiological analyses of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished productsSensory analysis of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished productsCalibration of instrumentsIssuance of certificates of analysisShelf?life analysis of finished productsSupport activities for quality assurance (environmental swabbing, description of analytical methods, documentation of laboratory equipment usage)Education: Degree in Food Science & Technologies.Professional Skills: Analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret and analyze results.Experience:
1+ years of experience in the role in food companies.Language Skills: Italian & English language knowledge is mandatory.Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
