You'll be responsible for maintaining clear and continuous communication across HQ functions, local markets and external partners, ensuring alignment from planning through post-event reporting.You'll work closely with the Head of Events to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow.More specifically you will:* Lead assigned event workstreams from project kick-off through post-event reporting.* Translate approved strategic and creative briefs into detailed execution plans.* Define project timelines,
milestones, responsibilities and critical path.* Ensure execution is fully aligned with the approved brief, brand standards and event guidelines.* Own project governance and coordinate approval processes.* Partner with other Event Managers on shared projects, ensuring full alignment on planning, governance, Critical Path, budget management and resource allocation.* Monitor budgets, forecasts and resource allocation, identifying risks and corrective actions.* Coordinate and supervise Event Producers, production agencies, suppliers, freelancers and local market teams.* Act as the primary liaison between HQ, local markets and external partners.* Ensure consistent communication and information flow across all stakeholders.* Coordinate with Brand Marketing, Content Marketing and relevant functions to ensure project alignment.* Prepare post-event reports with operational, financial and quali
