About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is looking for a motivated Guest Services Intern to join the team, starting from September for six months.
This role
will support the team with guest transportation, arrivals and departures, including welcoming guests andassistingwith luggage, as well as managing errands.
The intern will also ensurehigh standardsof cleanliness in guest areas,assistthe Reception and Concierge teams, and respond to a wide range of guest requests, delivering a seamless and personalized service experience.
What you will do
Greet guests.
Deliver luggage to room upon check-in andpicksup luggage from room upon departure.
Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible inan accurateandtimelymanner.
Assistcustomers in inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
Greet all guests passing throughlobbyand offer them assistance.
Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions.
Support the team with shoeshine service; picking up shoes fromguestroom, cleaning and polishing them and returning them to the guest.
Providea high levelof cleanliness in the luggage storage room.
Assistwithother Front Office taskswhen needed.
What you bring
Service passionaboutdelivering true genuine guest experiences.
Attention to detail, strong interpersonalskillsand ateam workapproach.
Reading,writingand oralproficiencyin Italian and English.
A valid driving license isrequired.
