We offer consultancy services to high-profile clients globally in diverse service areas, such as: Technology & Engineering Energy & Renewables Life sciences & Pharma Digital & IT.About this vacancyYou will work closely with Internal and external partners, engineers and product leaders on a wide-range of issues, understanding concepts, finding solutions, designing and implementing key components.Your responsibilities will include:Analyze project requirements and preparing budgets and schedulesDevelop detailed designs, plans, and monitoring progress as well as writing up reportsGuide the functional and technical teams and maintain the solution vision and design principlesHandle all client communications and relationships with various teams at different levelsWork with the client to prioritize and schedule enhancement releasesProvide advice on the roadmap and enhancement selectionMonitor and guide the development teamPrepare all documents necessary for the follow up of projects activities (reports, invoicing, planning and management of information etc.)Close the job, achieving targeted milestone completion, cost, quality and customer satisfactionManage modification for the projects under executionWhat we expect from youYou have a M. Sc.
in Engineering areas or Computer Sciences and 3-6 years of experience as Project ManagerPractical experience with project management softwareStrong knowledge in, at least, two of the following domains; data, machine learning,artificial intelligence, software, devops.Certification in either waterfall or agile methodologies is a plusVery good interfaces and communications skills (extensive interfaces with partners and client-company back offices)Excellent communication skills in both English and Italian.What you can expect from usThe position offers a permanent employment contract, and the Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €35.000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services. TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above. In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance.
