YOUR ROLE
You will be responsible for designing reliable, innovative, and robust power components within GaN technology platforms , through extensive TCAD simulations and physical modeling activities.
A key part of your role will be to collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners , including academia, vendors, and other stakeholders , to accelerate innovation, strengthen technical capabilities, and support the development and qualification of advanced technology platforms.
Key Responsabilities
Design reliable and robust power components for GaN technology platforms
Perform TCAD simulations and support physical modeling activities
Support technology platform qualification and ensure compliance with internal SOPs
Work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple functions
Build effective collaborations with external partners, including academia and vendors
Contribute to the exchange of technical knowledge and best practices across internal and external networks
Support project execution through strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving
Your Skills & Experiences
Knowledge of problem solving and program management
Advanced knowledge of TCAD tools is preferred
Basic knowledge of process integration is preferred
Basic inter-functional communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Excellent command of Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
Business proficiency in English
The expected salary range for this position is €38,000 – €45,000 gross annual salary (RAL).
In accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks.
