The ideal candidate will maintain relations with the customer, evaluate any variation to the contracts and produce periodical reports in order to show the project trends to his responsible.How you will do itOverall responsibility for completing assigned installation projects ensuring on time delivery of projects, within scope with zero or positive deviationLead creation and maintenance of the project plan. Work with the customer’s project management to coordinate major milestones and resolve schedule issuesManage projects budgets looking for solutions that can improve the profitControl cost and maximize productivity through the utilization of effective tools, processes and productsDefine project schedule in accordance with customer requirements and internal resources availabilityAbility to make decisions under pressureComprehend Customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefingsBuild positive work environment with the colleaguesBuild positive relationship with CustomersFollow all company’s filed procedures and protocolsCooperate with other teams and share information across the organizationWhat we look forUniversity degree in Engineering or equivalent experienceAt least 3 years’ Project Management experienceFluent English written and spokenAbility to a flexible work and to adapt to changing work schedulesAvailability to frequent travels in Italy and abroad on boardFamiliarity with IT tools, IT applications, networks including switch configurationProblem solving skillsOur benefitsWe offer an exciting and challenging position with great personal freedom and professional responsibility. The final package will reflect your experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role. The overall compensation package may include variable components and additional company benefits, which will be discussed during the selection process.
