We're a fully remote, international team of ~40 across creative, growth, product, and customer service. We move fast, measure everything, and keep processes lean.Role OverviewWe're looking for an Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of the company overseeing team execution, owning processes and reporting, and working directly with the founder. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role: you'll have visibility across every function and be responsible for making sure the machine runs without the founder in the room.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day execution across teams (creative, growth, product, CS) and keep everyone accountable to deadlines and KPIsOwn our project management system (ClickUp): structure, workflows, weekly prioritiesBuild and maintain weekly reporting: KPIs, team output, blockers delivered to the founder in a clear, decision-ready formatRun escalation management: identify issues early, solve what can be solved,



escalate what can't with a proposed solutionCoordinate cross-team projects (product launches, campaigns, hiring onboarding) from kickoff to deliveryManage vendor and freelancer relationships (contracts, deadlines, payments coordination with our CFO)Continuously improve processes: kill what's slow, automate what's repetitiveRequirements3+ years in operations, project management, or chief-of-staff-type roles for a DTC/ecommerce brand or fast-moving startupProven experience managing or coordinating remote, international teamsFluent English (written and spoken) — you'll run meetings and write the reports xysqume everyone readsDeeply organized, proactive, allergic to chaos you bring structure, not ticketsStrong with tools: ClickUp/Shopify/Amazon, Slack, Google Sheets; comfortable with numbers and KPIsBonus: experience in beauty/DTC brands, familiarity with Shopify ecosystem, basic data/dashboard skillsWhat We OfferFull-time, fully remoteDirect daily collaboration with the founder, real ownership, zero corporate layersFast-moving, performance-driven culture in an 8-figure brandMonthly compensation based on experience + growth potential as the company scales
