on Healthcare/Life Sciences projects and in international contextsBackground of studies in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Economics, Engineering or BiotechnologyFluent in English — most of our work is cross-border; a third language (French, Spanish, German) is a plusCombining strong analytical skills with a passion for details, and able to structure ambiguous problemsQuick learner by nature, tech-curious, with a genuine interest in how AI is reshaping healthcarePositive attitude, fun and easy to work withWilling to dare, innovate and prove her/his potential, knowing that one good idea is more important than a few mistakesMotivated by a start-up environment in a multinational companyCandidate roleCandidates will deploy strategic consulting for major players in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries as well as Healthcare xysqume servicesTypical engagements include commercial model design and field force sizing, market access and pricing strategy, operating model redesign for medical and corporate affairs functions, omnichannel transformation, and AI use-case deployment across commercial and medical operationsCandidates will join the project teams in every stage of their work streams: from the design of the project activities, to evidence gathering, critical analysis and final open discussion with client top managementThis is a practice where consultants at this level present their own work to senior stakeholdersWork location: Milan or RomeSalary: 28.
