Field Sales Representative – Lazio & Abruzzo & Marche & Molise

As a global leader in networking and smart home solutions, TP-Link Italy is expanding its sales team to strengthen our presence across Central Italy. We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to develop our business in the Lazio, Abruzzo, Marche and Molise regions, managing existing customers while identifying new business opportunities within the Retail channel.
Key Job Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct regular store visits across the assigned regions of Lazio and Abruzzo.
- Monitor competitors' products, pricing and promotional activities, take photos during store visits and submit regular store visit reports.
- Inspect and maintain TP-Link product displays to ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
- Support the Retail Team in implementing in-store merchandising activities to improve product visibility and sales performance.
- Build and maintain good relationships with store managers and retail staff.
- Participate in product training sessions for retail staff and support local retail events when required.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of field sales experience , preferably in the IT, networking, telecommunications or security industry.
- Experience managing retail channel is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently throughout Lazio and Abruzzo.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
