The Role
We are looking for ahighly organised and adaptable Trainee– either aCPA Trainee (Praticante Commercialista)orTrainee Lawyer (Praticante Avvocato)– to become part of our dynamicPrivate Client and Tax Department.
There is also the possibility to start the"pratica anticipata".
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands?on experience in a fast?paced, international environment while working alongside leading professionals.
Key elements of the role include:




Conductlegal and tax researchto support client matters.
Manage, review and analyse documents with precision.
Drafttax and legal memorandaand assist in preparing pitches and tenders.
Contribute tobusiness development initiativesand client events.
Producehigh-quality work efficiently, using the firm's software and document management systems.
Preparefirst drafts of engagement letters, ensure compliance withanti-money laundering requirements, and manageKnow Your Client documentation.
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, organise meetings, manage emails and calls, and provide proactive support.
Handlegeneral administrative tasksto keep everything running smoothly.
Key skills and experience
Final-year studenteligible for praticante anticipata, available tempo pieno; or
Recent graduateeligible to join asCPA TraineeorTrainee Lawyer (Praticante)
Educational background in Economics or Law
Excellent academic record(minimum *******)
Fluent in Italian and English(C1 level English proficiency is a must)
Prior work experience and/or graduation thesis in tax is an asset
Knowledge of domestic and international tax issues
Enthusiastic and engaged attitude, with strong interpersonal skills and clear communication style
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong research and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, including with colleagues in overseas offices
Solid IT skills (Word, Excel, and document management systems)
