Le seguenti informazioni forniscono una panoramica delle competenze, delle qualità e delle qualifiche necessarie per questo ruolo.TasksWhat you'll do:Ensure efficient and safe load planningOversee smooth freighter handlingAct as a key contact for LCAG stakeholders and customersSupervise timely airmail handlingLead service recovery when challenges ariseSupport operational excellence through invoice checksHold regular meetings with GHA to review and enhance service performanceMonitor subcontractor performance, report deviations, and initiate corrective actionsMaintain and analyze performance dataAct as GHA contact for irregularities, escalation, and emergenciesEnsure strict compliance with safety and security proceduresMake operational decisions when needed or in supervisor's absenceSupervise,
coach, and develop GHA and LCAG staff, conducting spot checksOptimize staffing, prepare schedules, authorize overtimeProvide regular feedback to management and implement operational improvementsRequirementsThe ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:High school diploma/GEDLogistics/airfreight experience desirableFluent in English & Italian (German a plus!)CHM/GOM qualificationComputer skills (MS Office)Strong communicationSafety & security mindsetCustomer-focused attitudeReliable, committed, and professionalTeam playerValid driver's licenseInformation regarding the compensation package for this position will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with applicable pay transparency regulations.
