A new edition of Mediobanca Wealth Management Talent Program , in partnership with desmo®, is about to begin for top – quality young graduates Italian and International Universities.
Mediobanca Private Banking & Mediobanca Premier , offer a one-year internship starting in January 2027 , to build a solid career in the Financial Industry.
By participating, you will have the opportunity to take part in a structured career development pathway combining specialized training and comprehensive job rotations.
Who is the ideal profile?
- Talented recent graduates in Economics or STEM subjects who are keen to embrace the world of Wealth Management and develop a career in this fast-paced, challenging industry.
- Fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken).

access to a highly specialized training program – AIPB Master’s course or CFA exam preparation – designed to help you gain key technical skills and certifications.
