Looking for your next step in marketing or a chance to re-enter the field while gaining experience in an international environment? AsAssistant to the CMO, you will have the exciting opportunity to join our global marketing organization as part of a maternity leave cover assignment.

Your Responsibilities

- Provide personal assistance and organizational support to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
- Manage the CMO’s calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Act as an interface between the CMO and employees across our global departments
- Coordinate the marketing budget planning process as part of the overall company planning cycle
- Prepare and coordinate management meeting documentation and materials
- Support the innovation process by organizing, preparing, facilitating, and documenting monthly innovation meetings




- Manage sponsorship requests and sponsorship activities at Group level
- Contribute to the further development of internal and external communication initiatives

Your Profile

- Initial professional experience in an assistant or coordination role, ideally with experience in marketing
- Completed degree, preferably in Business Administration, Management or a related field
- Strong organizational skills combined with a structured, independent, and reliable way of working
- Open and communicative personality who enjoys collaborating with a variety of stakeholders
- Very good German, Italian, and English language skills
