We are currently seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Offline Media Executive.
What you will do:
- Support the team in the planning and management of offline media campaigns.
- Upload and update media plans using dedicated tools and platforms.
- Provide support with administrative activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and support optimization activities
- Manage campaign materials and coordinate related operational workflows.
- Prepare presentations using PowerPoint.
Skill Required:
- At least 2 years of experience in offline media planning.
- Strong knowledge of the main offline media planning tools (AdBox, Kubik, MCSonline).
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good level of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Proactive attitude and approach to work
The position offers a gross annual salary of € 25.102,00.
- Additional compensation and company benefits may also apply and will be discussed and defined during the selection process and on an individual basis.
For this position, we offer a fixed term contract (12 months).
