Hosco’s Front Office Agent in Rome is responsible for smooth check-ins/check-outs, guest inquiries, and delivering exceptional service at the heart of the hotel’s reception. You will manage room assignments, security of payments, and coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure readiness and guest satisfaction.

The role requires fluent Italian and English, a friendly, guest-focused demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment, while upholding brand standards and professional appearance.
