/b /p h3Job Description /h3 pbWhat will you take care of?
/b /p pYou will be working in the Milan Design Center of the Bosch Sensortec Division, where you will have the chance to: /p ul libTake responsibility: /bBased on specific customer requirements you are designing the MEMS structures with respect to its mechanical and electrical behavior.
/li libModel based design /b: You are carrying out dedicated simulations to optimize the designed MEMS structures with focus on accelerometers.
/li libDrive the future: /b You are developing new algorithms for design optimization and improve simulation methods.
In addition, the analysis of cause chain reactions is required.
/li libBe part of the team /b: You are part of a cross functional engineering team and take responsibility for internal activities or work packages in design projects.
/li libNetworking /b: Beside the coordination of all design and simulation tasks the close cooperation with project management and technology development is a crucial key-factor for success.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbWhat distinguishes you?
/b /p ul libEducation /b: Master of Science or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent /li libLanguages /b: Fluent English (B2 as minimum level), German as a plus.
/li libSoftware Skills: /b Proficient coder.
Experience with MATLAB/Python and Finite Element Simulation tools required.
Additional Simulink skills and experience with AI methods is preferred.
/li libWorking style /b: autonomous self-organized working in a complex development environment.
Structured concept development in the area of simulations and algorithms.
Excellent presentation skills.
/li libExperience and Know-How /b: Specialist for MEMS design and model development for inertial MEMS sensors (FEM, Matlab, etc.) with at least 3-5 years of experience.
Working in cross-functional teams.
(ASIC, package, etc.)
Experience designing and conducting lab experiments.
/li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pIn line with our compensation policies, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position lies within the range € ****** - €****** for a 40-hour work week.
