Prima di farlo, si assicuri di leggere tutti i dettagli relativi a questo lavoro nella descrizione sottostante.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging and routing incoming mail, emails, and telephone calls; Managing the firm's front desk and welcoming clients and visitors; Assisting with the organization of meetings and events; Coordinating travel arrangements and business trips; Ordering office supplies and supporting office and vendor management activities; Providing operational support for the Administrative Department's back-office functions; Preparing administrative documents and handling the bureaucratic procedures necessary for the smooth operation of the firm; Managing the Partners' calendars, appointments, and meetings; Entering Partners' timesheets, reviewing and updating activity records when necessary; Reviewing presentations, pitches, memoranda, meeting notes, and minutes,
including documents drafted in English; Monitoring the status of Partners' continuing professional education credits; Drafting engagement letters; Supporting Partners in the management of ongoing matters and cases; Preparing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) documentation and collecting the related supporting documents; Coordinating with the central functions of the U.S. offices regarding matter opening procedures and client records management.
xysqume RequirementsBachelor's degree (or Master's degree); Excellent command of English (English proficiency will be assessed during the interview process); Ability to perform electronic court filings (preferred but not required); Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT tools; Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality work.
