En Cibus estamos creando el AI CRM para nutricionistas.
Redactar un plan nutricional le lleva horas a un nutricionista: gramo a gramo, alimento a alimento, cuadrando cada macro a mano. Cibus redacta el plan en minutos, siguiendo el método del propio nutricionista y con los números ya cuadrados.
Ya estamos creciendo en Italia. Lanzamos anuncios en España durante unos días y llegaron 100 leads. Ahora buscamos a la persona que construya el mercado español.
El rol
Account Executive full cycle: la pipeline es tuya, de la cualificación al cierre.
- Llamar y convertir los leads inbound que ya están entrando
- Construir el outbound desde cero
- Hacer demos y cerrar contratos
- Traer feedback del mercado al equipo de producto

- Español nativo
- Hambre de verdad: no hace falta experiencia en ventas, hace falta ganas de aprender rápido y de cerrar
- Autonomía: equipo pequeño, ritmo alto, decides tú
- Valorable: cualquier experiencia comercial, de cara al cliente o emprendiendo
- Valorable: italiano o inglés
- Disponibilidad para viajar a nuestra oficina de Milán una vez al mes, si es necesario

At Cibus we're building the AI CRM for nutritionists.
Writing a meal plan takes a nutritionist hours: gram by gram, food by food, balancing every macro by hand. Cibus writes the plan in minutes, following the nutritionist's own method, with the numbers already balanced.
We're already growing in Italy. We ran ads in Spain for a few days and 100 leads came in. Now we're looking for the person who will build the Spanish market.
The role
Full cycle Account Executive: you own the pipeline, from qualification to close.
- Call and convert the inbound leads already coming in
- Build outbound from scratch
- Run demos and close contracts
- Bring market feedback back to the product team
What we're looking for
- Native Spanish speaker
- Real hunger: no sales experience required, just the drive to learn fast and close
- Autonomy: small team, high pace, you make the calls
- Nice to have: any sales, customer-facing or entrepreneurial experience
- Nice to have: Italian
- Available to travel to our Milan office once a month, if needed
