Our Italian team is now looking for Freelance Relocation Consultants for the region of Verona and surroundings.
Your Mission
In this role, you will provide relocation support to expatriates, employed by global companies, to settle in smoothly by facilitating all aspects of settling-in and familiarisation with local areas and surroundings.
What you will do
Organise and accompany newcomers on orientation tours to help them settle in smoothly in the local area
Assist the transferee with their home search and arrange and accompany them on property viewing appointments
Support the transferee with property's move-in and utilities connection
Support and inform the transferee on school selection and accompany them during school visits
Support our in-house teams to deliver immigration & local registrations related activities
Accompany expatriates and their dependents to meetings with the Italian authorities to complete their immigration procedures
Deliver a great customer experience ending in excellent customer satisfaction
What you will bring to the role
Freelance status with current VAT registration
Live in Verona or surrounding area and have a deep knowledge of the local area and customs
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar customer-oriented position
Ideally you already have some experience in the relocation or global mobility industry
Fluent in Italian and very good knowledge of English (level B2 or higher).
Other languages are a plus
Proactive approach, positive attitude, cultural awareness and ability to make decisions independently
Problem solving skills and empathic approach
Excellent time management skills, with an ability to plan and manage workload under pressure
Experience in the use of MS-Office and your own PC
Valid Drivers' License and car
