In this role, you will contribute to the evolution of our client's data platform—built on Redshift, Airflow, and dbt—balancing fine-tuning of existing components with the modernization of legacy ones. /p pYou are a technical problem-solver who can bridge the gap between business requirements and scalable data architecture while working seamlessly in an iterative environment. /p pbRole Overview /b /p pAs a Data Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain the data infrastructure responsible for ingestion, orchestration, and transformation. You will build analytical data models that guarantee high performance, scalability, and reliability, while reconciling large volumes of raw data from heterogeneous sources into coherent aggregates. Additionally, you will support machine learning and advanced analytics implementations,



creating artifacts optimized for both human stakeholders and AI tools. /p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p ul liDesign, implement, and maintain data infrastructure for ingestion, orchestration, and transformation (Airflow, dbt, Redshift). /li liBuild and maintain scalable, high-performing analytical data models. /li liReconcile large volumes of raw, heterogeneous data into meaningful and coherent aggregates. /li liSupport the deployment and implementation of Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics solutions. /li liProduce data artifacts usable by both human teams and AI-driven tools. /li liCollaborate cross-functionally with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Marketing Specialists, and Product Managers. /li /ul pbRequired Skills /b /p pbMust-Have: /b /p ul libExperience: /b3+ years of hands- on experience in Data Engineering roles. /li libCore Tech Stack: /bStrong proficiency in SQL, Python, Airflow, and dbt. /li libData Warehousing Cloud: /bSolid experience with Amazon Redshift and AWS ecosystem; familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). /li libLanguages: /bFluent in both Italian and English (collaborating with UK-based stakeholders). /li libSoft Skills: /bAbility to translate complex business requirements into well- designed data solutions, excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders, and comfort working in iterative cycles. /li /ul pbNice-to-Have: /b /p ul liExperience in the Fintech or Wealth Management domain. /li liFamiliarity with BigQuery. /li liExperience with conversion tracking and digital marketing data stacks (Adform, Adjust, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Rudderstack). xrdbqlu /li liMature, conscious use of AI tools to support daily workflow. /li /ul pbContract Details: /b /p ul libType: /bFull-Time Consulting Project /li libStart Date: /basap /li libDuration: /b12 months /li libLocation: /bHybrid — Milan (2 days/week on-site) /li /ul pbRecruitment process: /b /p pOur recruitment process has 3 stages: /p ul liFirst discovery short interview with our HR team /li liTechnical interview with our Team Leaders /li liFinal interview with our Client /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
