ppWe are seeking a results-driven Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of production equipment while driving continuous improvement through preventive maintenance programs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, analytical, and technical skills, with a proven ability to develop teams, solve complex equipment issues, and support operational excellence.
/p h3What Will You Do?
/h3 ul liLead and manage the maintenance department to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and uptime of industrial equipment.
/li liOversee and drive the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program to improve equipment reliability, availability, and overall manufacturing efficiency.
/li liMonitor equipment performance(OEE), KPIs(MTTR, MTBF...)and implement actions to improve reliability and efficiency.
/li liManage and develop maintenance team members through goal setting, performance management, coaching, competency development, recognition, employee engagement, and well-being initiatives.
/li liMonitor and optimize maintenance expenditures, including spare parts inventory management and cost control.
/li liEnsure business continuity by maintaining equipment readiness and supporting contingency planning for critical manufacturing operations.
/li liUtilize data and maintenance metrics to identify trends, prioritize actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
/li liFoster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
/li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Automation, Electrical) /li liMinimum of 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
/li li+5years of maintenance experience supporting industrial manufacturing equipment.
/li liFluency in both written and spoken Italian and English.
/li liExperience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
/li liProficiency reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.
/li liBackground in spare parts management and maintenance cost optimization.
/li liKnowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and maintenance planning tools.
/li liStrong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage maintenance metrics and performance data to drive decision?making.
/li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across production, engineering, quality, and leadership teams.
/li liProficient in Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
/li liDemonstrated decision?making ability, including prioritizing maintenance activities,
allocating resources, and resolving equipment?related issues in a timely manner.
/li liStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast?paced manufacturing environment.
/li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement or Six Sigma methodologies.
/li liSAP PM or other maintenance management system experience.
/li liExperience supporting highly automated manufacturing or assembly operations.
