The Logistics Specialist supports end-to-end vehicle logistics processes—from importation to final delivery—ensuring seamless operations aligned with business priorities.Scopra esattamente quali competenze, esperienze e qualifiche sono necessarie per avere successo in questo ruolo prima di candidarsi.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and monitor the end-to-end logistics process: vessels documentation, customs clearance, cars storage on central compounds and delivery to Dealer NetworkCollaborate with Logistics Suppliers on daily operations, helping in defining priorities based on Business needsEnsure timely and efficient vehicle distribution to Dealers, optimizing lead times and service levelCompany Vehicle Stock managementMonitor vehicle movements across ports, compounds and distribution channelsHandle damage claims in coordination with Logistics Suppliers and the Claim ManagerEnsure proper documentation flow and data accuracy within logistics systemsTrack and report logistics performance, highlighting issues and proposing corrective actionsMaintain daily coordination with HQ to ensure operational alignment and information flowIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costsSupport cross?functional collaboration with Sales, Aftersales, and Finance to guarantee operational alignment.QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in logistic dept., preferably within an automotive company.Strong organizational, analytical,
and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.Proficiency in logistics systems and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
