EMEA Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced EMEA Leader to drive regional growth, commercial excellence, and strategic execution within our traction systems business. This is a key role responsible for expanding market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering sustainable profitability across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
What you will do:
- Define and execute regional business strategies aligned with global objectives
- Drive sales growth, market expansion, and go-to-market initiatives
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance across the region
- Optimize pricing strategies and cost structures to enhance competitiveness
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and partners
- Ensure excellence in project execution and customer delivery
- Lead and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team (sales, marketing, support)
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical / Electronics preferred); MBA is a plus
- 10+ years of experience in traction motors, drives, or vehicle electrification
- Strong background in off-highway and commercial vehicle applications
- Proven experience in regional or business unit leadership roles
- Solid commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Experience leading international, cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
