Join our team and help us make an even bigger contribution to Grünenthal's future.What the job looks likeEach day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:Ensure the timely availability of materials and packaging components to support uninterrupted production and customer deliveryManage material requirements planning, purchase order generation and inventory schedules to balance supply, demand and stock targetsMonitor supplier performance and collaborate with Procurement to drive service excellence and supply continuityPartner with Manufacturing, Warehouse and QA teams to resolve material-related issues and support site prioritiesIdentify supply risks, proactively manage disruptions and implement mitigation actions to minimize impact on operationsManage inventory levels while considering warehouse capacity, cost optimization and obsolescence reductionCoordinate material supply changes,
schedule adjustments and phase-in/phase-out activities throughout the product lifecycleProvide supplier and material planning insights to the S&OP; process, ensuring transparency of risks and opportunitiesPrepare planning and performance reports, leveraging data analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvementDrive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning efficiency, service levels and supply chain performanceWhat you'll bring to the tableTo make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or scientific disciplines, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field.Experience in planning, manufacturing or supply chain environments, ideally within manufacturing environments in pharmaceutical, food, FMCG or comparable industriesFluency both in Italian and English, a third language would be considered a plusStrong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insightsKnowledge of ERP and planning tools such as SAP, APO, SNP or OMPExcellent organizational, prioritization and stakeholder management skillsA proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvementOur pay ranges are based on an objective, gender-neutral job evaluation system.
The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant education, skills, experience, certifications, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
