and parameterizationIdentify root causes using wiring diagrams and technical documentationSupport both individual cases and wider technical issues across fleetsCreate clear technical reports and case updatesCoach technicians and provide hands?on guidanceFeed recurring issues into continuous improvementWhat you bring:Strong experience in automotive diagnostics / technical support / workshop or field serviceProven ability to fix complex electrical/electronic faultsHands?on use of OEM diagnostic toolsConfidence reading wiring diagrams and technical documentationExperience working with xysqume workshops, engineering, or technical teamsAbility to support and guide techniciansPreferred: experience in field-based or multi?site support, multi?brand exposure with an OEM/importer technical support backgroundTechnical knowledgeModern vehicle systems: powertrain, ADAS, body electronicsNetworks: CAN / LIN / FlexRayDiagnostic methods: root cause analysis, guided diagnostics, flashingLanguageWorking proficiency in English required (written and spoken)Additional European languages are a plus#J-*****-Ljbffr
