We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional with strong functional and technical expertise across the platform.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of ITSM and related modules, proven experience with integrations and portal development, and the ability to optimize instance performance.

and provide technical guidance.Troubleshoot complex platform issues and provide root cause analysis.Required Skills and Qualifications5 years of professional experience working on the ServiceNow platform.Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, security model, and development lifecycle.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing business and technical demands.
