John Cabot University , an accredited American liberal arts university in Rome, seeks a dedicated and dynamic Career Services Assistant/Specialist to join our Career Services Center. The Career Services Assistant/Specialist will be an integral part of the Career Services team, providing support in processing curricular and extra-curricular internships and contributing to a broad range of duties carried out by the office. These include setting objectives, maintaining databases and Excel archives, updating the job placement digital platform, liaising with partners, and meeting with students and alumni.
Reporting directly to the Career Services Director, the ideal candidate has previous knowledge and experience in the management and processing of internships, great attention to detail, a proactive and collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and is a great team player.
The ideal candidate will also have from 1 -3 years of experience in career counseling, especially in the Italian and/or Roman career network.
This is a full-time (38 hours/week), fully on-site, one-year term contract with the possibility of renewal.
The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €23,000 to €26,500, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
