As part of our international supply chain, the Junior Logistics Specialist contributes to ensure reliable, sustainable, and cost-efficient transportation flows.
In this role, you will support the Logistics team in daily operational activities, including planning and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.
You will work closely with logistics partners and carriers, monitor transport activities, and ensure the accurate handling of transport documentation.Tasks And ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and monitor all incoming and outgoing shipments,
in line with company requirementsMonitor daily transport activities and resolve transport-related issues when requiredCoordinate and maintain communication with logistics service providers and transportation partnersSupport coordination and alignment between Customer Operations, Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Demand PlanningPrepare and manage customs-related transport, import, and export documentationCoordinate return orders and replacement shipmentsSupport the verification of logistics invoices and ensure accurate cost allocationPrepare logistics reports and support KPI analysisParticipate in supply chain projects and support process improvement initiativesProfileUniversity degree in Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or a related field or a high school diploma combined with relevant work experiencePrevious experience in logistics, customs, warehousing, or similar environments requiring structured planning and accurate execution is considered an advantageFluent in Italian and English; knowledge of German is considered a plusGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially ExcelExperience with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems is considered a plusProblem-solving attitude and hands-on approachAttention to detail and accuracyGood communication and organizational skillsWorkplace:Bolzano, ITAnnual Gross Base Salary Range:starting from 30,000€ Compensation for this role is based on skills, experience, qualifications, and job-related responsibilities.
