The Retail Planner will assist the Manager to plan turnover objectives for each store, translating them into commercial KPIs and productivity goals. You will monitor the alignment of Store Manager and Retail Supervisor plans with the defined objectives.
You will also analyze store trends, support optimization of levers and RdV targets, and promote learning and the use of digital tools to improve efficiency and sustainability.
