– The selected candidate, working closely with the CBO and the Sales team, will support the optimization of sales processes with a continuous improvement approach..

Responsibilities

- Support the maintenance of sales KPI data integrity within the customer database;
- Support the team with month-end closing activities, particularly with regard to data normalization;
- Collaborate with cross-functional operational teams to ensure compliance with standardized sales-related processes;
- Provide input to the Sales team and the CBO aimed at improving sales processes;
- Monitor system adoption and data compliance with the company’s data policy;
- Collaborate with Sales teams to gather the information required to perform data analysis and reporting;
- Collect, analyze and interpret sales data, identify trends, and provide reports and insights to management and the Sales team;




- Oversee activities carried out with the Legal team regarding documentation and procedures related to the Sales area.

Requirements and skills

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
- Excellent command of English;
- 1–3 years of previous experience in similar roles.
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines;
- Proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills;
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information;
- Ability to communicate effectively at different levels.

A 12-month fixed-term employment contract is offered.

Indicative gross annual salary (RAL): €25,000–€28,000.
