As Construction Engineer , you will join our Department Transportation System Construction Technical Office (CSO) , in the business line Energy Careers , conducting the following activities:
1. 1 - Ensure preparation of Scopes of Work for Pipelines construction and multidisciplinary for associated facilities, Request for Quotation (RFQ) for both Bid activities and acquired operational projects, including Technical Bid evaluation of construction Bidders
2. 2 - Draft construction operating procedures (Method of statement) for Pipelines and multidisciplinary plant construction phases.
3. 3 - Provide Pipeline and associated Plant construction supervision and monitoring of work performed in the field, both subcontracted and direct hire.
4. 4 - Availability for short/medium/long term foreign missions at construction Sites.
5. 5 - Support the organization during the bidding and execution of construction activities, ensuring management of interfaces with engineering and procurement departments,
overseeing the availability of construction materials and equipment.
6. 6 - Support the project organization in setting the construction strategy and construction execution plan. Coordinate with the project team the setting of the schedule and coordinate with the procurement team the proper setting of the material procurement flow.
7. 7 - Ensure full compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, company and project requirements through the implementation of company tools and methodologies.
What are we looking for?
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
BACKGROUND : University projects or internship within similar field
LANGUAGES: English B2 (written and spoken)
IT KNOWLEDGE: Familiarity with the Microsoft Office package and Databases
