Senior Commissioning Manager / Commissioning Project Lead (Electrical or Mechanical)

Ready to lead the commissioning of some of Europe's most advanced hyper-scale data centre projects?
Straightline Consulting is growing, and we're looking for experienced Electrical and Mechanical Commissioning Project Leads to join our team in Milan.
This isn't just another Senior Commissioning Manager role.
You’ll take ownership of major mission-critical projects, leading teams through every stage of the commissioning process while working alongside some of the industry's biggest clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading commissioning activities from planning through to client handover
- Managing multidisciplinary commissioning teams across complex MEP systems
- Driving quality, safety and programme delivery on hyperscale data centre projects
- Developing commissioning plans,
method statements and test scripts
- Building strong relationships with clients, contractors and project stakeholders
- Mentoring and developing Commissioning Engineers and future leaders
What we’re looking for:
- Proven Data Centre Commissioning experience (essential)
- Strong Electrical or Mechanical background
- Experience leading commissioning teams on large-scale projects
- Relevant engineering qualifications and site certifications (CSCS, ECS, Safe Pass or SMSTS)
- Work on some of Europe's most exciting hyperscale data centre developmentsJoin a growing business with genuine career progression opportunities
