ppAs a Regional Service Representative for MV, you on-site commission and diagnose Schneider Electric medium-voltage switchgear, delivering expert support on complex projects.
You work closely with other service engineers and partners, documenting results and training customers on basic operations.
This role combines hands-on technical work with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
You will travel internationally to install, commission, and optimize MV equipment, shaping reliable power systems for diverse clients.
/pulliPerform Startup Commissioning on MV equipment across product ranges /liliEvaluate installation and operational conditions of equipment and systems /liliConduct onsite adjustments to optimize running conditions /liliPerform root cause analysis to distinguish quality, software, or operational issues /liliCollaborate with Schneider Electric service engineers or partners during interventions /liliDocument test results and produce site work reports /liliTrain customers on basic operations of the equipment /liliPerform preventive and corrective maintenance for MV products /liliSolid understanding of electrical principles for medium voltage; fundamentals of automation and protection relays /liliAbility to work with general direction and follow safety policies /liliProficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting procedures and regulations; capable of writing reports /liliStrong problem-definition, data collection, and analysis abilities /liliAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously /liliWillingness to travel internationally up to 70% of time /liliElectrotechnical education (university degree an advantage) /liliAt least 5 years' experience with commissioning and/or field service activities /liliConfirmed experience with MV power distribution products (Schneider Electric or other brands) /liliKnowledge of protection relays is a strong advantage /liliAbility to work autonomously, analyze technical challenges and propose solutions /liliExcellent mechanical and electrical hands-on skills /liliSoftware skills: MS Office, Acrobat, AutoCAD, Power system CX software /liliFlexibility /liliReliability /liliProtection relays /liliMV power distribution products /li /ulpCommissioning Engineer for MV (medium voltage switchboards) cuneo, piemonte, it /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
