ph3Industrial Controller / Operations Business Partner /h3 h3Role Overview /h3 pThe Industrial Controller / Operations Business Partner is the key finance and performance partner for Operations Leadership and the Managing Director on industrial and operational performance matters.
/p pThe role focuses on industrial controlling, productivity analysis, labour cost management, operational KPIs, process optimization and continuous improvement.
The position supports the development of a more data-driven and performance-oriented operating model through robust analysis, reporting and business partnering.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPartner with Operations Leadership to monitor and improve operational performance.
/li liAnalyse production processes, operational flows and efficiency improvement opportunities.
/li liDevelop and maintain operational KPIs, productivity metrics and performance dashboards.
/li liAnalyse labour productivity, workforce utilization, working hours and operational cost drivers.
/li liSupport production planning through capacity analysis and operational performance insights.
/li liMonitor production, warehouse and logistics costs, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting cost control initiatives.
/li liSupport implementation of reporting tools, dashboards and performance management routines.
/li liWork with IT and business functions to improve data quality, reporting processes and analytical capabilities.
/li liSupport continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects.
/li liPromote a structured, data-driven approach to decision-making and performance management across operations.
/li liContribute to the implementation of new processes, systems and operational control models.
/li /ul h3Reporting Systems /h3 ul liSupport the evolution from manual reporting towards structured and automated reporting solutions.
/li liDevelop practical dashboards and reporting tools using operational and financial data.
/li liContribute to database structuring, data governance and reporting reliability.
/li liCollaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, IT, Production, Procurement and Warehouse teams.
/li liSupport training and adoption of KPI discipline and performance management practices.
/li /ul h3Required Experience /h3 ul liDegree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar disciplines.
/li li8–12 years of experience in industrial controlling, operations finance, manufacturing performance management or operational excellence.
/li liExperience in complex production or manufacturing environments.
/li liStrong knowledge of labour productivity, workforce planning and operational cost analysis.
/li liExperience with ERP systems, business intelligence tools and operational reporting.
/li liAdvanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar BI tools preferred.
/li liFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
