In this role you will lead Campari Group's regional Distribution Planning for EMEA, guiding a team to ensure optimal product availability, service levels, and inventory performance across the network.
You will coordinate cross-regional planning activities, drive data-driven decisions, and contribute to supply chain efficiency and cost control.
Your work will support a scalable logistics network and standardized planning processes in a fast-moving, global business.

and scenario evaluationDrive allocation and prioritization decisions during constrained supplyAlign regularly with Americas and APAC planning teams to address supply challenges and opportunitiesContribute to logistics network optimization, focusing on inventory productivity, service, and transportation efficiencyPromote standardization, process excellence, and planning system adoption across the organizationMaster's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Operations or related disciplines6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Distribution Planning, Supply xysqume Planning or End-to-End PlanningProven people management experience in international environmentsStrong understanding of inventory optimization, deployment planning and logistics networksExperience operating within S&OP; / S&OE; processesAdvanced knowledge of SAP IBP, SAP ECC/S4 and analytical toolsFluent English; additional languages are a plusStrong leadership and coaching skillsStrategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilityExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsSAP IBPSAP ECC/S4analytical tools#J-*****-Ljbffr
