Consultant – Life Sciences
Who are we looking for:
-
- 1–3 years of experience in a consulting company,
on Healthcare/Life Sciences projects and in international contexts
- Background of studies in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Economics, Engineering or Biotechnology
- Fluent in English — most of our work is cross-border; a third language (French, Spanish, German) is a plus
- Combining strong analytical skills with a passion for details, and able to structure ambiguous problems
- Quick learner by nature, tech-curious, with a genuine interest in how AI is reshaping healthcare
- Positive attitude, fun and easy to work with
- Willing to dare, innovate and prove her/his potential, knowing that one good idea is more important than a few mistakes
- Motivated by a start-up environment in a multinational company
Candidate role

- Candidates will deploy strategic consulting for major players in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries as well as Healthcare xjncmbx services
- Typical engagements include commercial model design and field force sizing, market access and pricing strategy, operating model redesign for medical and corporate affairs functions, omnichannel transformation, and AI use-case deployment across commercial and medical operations
- Candidates will join the project teams in every stage of their work streams: from the design of the project activities, to evidence gathering, critical analysis and final open discussion with client top management
- This is a practice where consultants at this level present their own work to senior stakeholders
Work location: Milan or Rome
Salary: 28.
