/ppWe are actually looking for a Country Sales Manager - DACH /ppbr/ppbr/ppbResponsibilities: /b /ppbr/ppThe person, reporting directly to the CEO, will drive commercial development across the DACH region—Germany, German-speaking Switzerland and Austria.
In particular: /pulliDevelop business opportunities within the DACH region with a strong focus on Noth/Central Germany.
/liliLead business development activities across both contract and retail channels in line with the company's commercial strategy.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with architecture firms, interior designers, general contractors, and key specifiers.
/liliSelect, manage, and support local agents and dealers, ensuring consistent brand positioning.
/liliIdentification of business opportunities and development of new market prospects in the lighting segment in order to increase the performance of the assigned areas, in line with the objectives shared with the management.
/liliMonitoring and reporting on sales performance and sharing results and commercial trends with the management, so as to follow the commercial strategy designed ad hoc and collect feedback from the market in order to maintain a high-quality standard.
/liliParticipate in trade fairs, events,
and brand-promotion activities within the assigned area.
/li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbCandidate Profile: /b /ppbr/pulliProven sales experience in the lighting industry (mandatory) or high-end design furniture.
/liliStrong knowledge of the DACH/German market.
/liliExperience working with dealers, agents and architects.
/liliGoal-oriented mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and autonomy in managing the territory.
/liliFluency in German and English; Italian is a plus.
/liliWillingness to travel frequently across the assigned region.
/liliResults orientation and ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, with a strong propensity for commercial development.
