Expert Senior SWE

$150–$210/hour
Location:
Remote
Commitment:
20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Evaluate and enhance
AI model capabilities
in complex
SWE tasks
.
Collaborate with
AI research teams
to improve
training data
quality.
Develop benchmarks for assessing
AI-generated solutions
.
Work
independently and asynchronously
to meet project deadlines.
Shape model reasoning and elevate training data quality.
Qualifications
Must-Have
5+ years of experience




working at top US tech firms.
Passion for improving model capabilities in complex
SWE tasks
.
Interview Process
30 mins
AI interview.
Asynchronous SWE exercise and project instructions quiz (2 hours total, paid
$100
for completion).
Compensation & Legal
Hourly contractor
