ADAMA is looking for a Campaign & Portfolio Manager to lead our Corn, Rice and Row Crops portfolio in Italy.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, product launches and portfolio plans,
working closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to drive growth and profitability.Key Areas Of Responsibility IncludeDeveloping mid- and long-term marketing and portfolio strategiesLeading product launches, campaigns, field activities and promotional plansDriving portfolio performance, pricing, volume and profitabilityIdentifying customer, market and competitor opportunitiesWorking closely with Sales to strengthen go-to-market and channel strategiesLeading strategic growth projects across Corn and RiceCollaborating with EAME Marketing and Regulatory, Supply, Finance, Product Development and Communications teamsWhat You Will BringProven marketing experience within agriculture, xysqume crop protection or a related sectorStrong agronomy/crop protection knowledgeA degree in Agriculture or a related disciplineStrong commercial, analytical and strategic skillsFluent Italian and EnglishWillingness to travel *****% Note this is a Hybrid role with 2 days per week at the facilities near Bergamo.If you're ready to take ownership of an important agricultural portfolio and help shape its next phase of growth, we'd love to hear from you.
